Sales Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves driving sales for our ERP and business solutions by identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and supporting end-to-end sales activities. The ideal candidate must be confident in communication, skilled in client meetings, and effective in sales closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients for ERP and technology solutions.

• Conduct discovery calls to analyze client requirements and business needs.

• Deliver engaging product and solution demonstrations along with the technical team.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and relevant sales documentation.

• Actively participate in client meetings to present solutions and handle queries.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales processes.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in B2B, ERP, or tech solutions.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.

• Good understanding of business processes or ERP systems is an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple prospects in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.
